From the moment the order is placed your order will be ready for shipment within 3-5 days.

This time period depends on the stock and may vary per item. Once the order is ready to go, you will receive a confirmation of shipment with track & trace by email.

Shipment cost
The shipment cost are added when checking out, the cost may vary depending on the weight of the products and your location. Within the EU orders over 75 euro are free of shipping cost.

Every order is packed with the most care. Studio Op Schaal will not be held accountable for any damage and loss during shipment.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Studio op Schaal is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Return & Exchange 
Returns and exchanges of all unused pieces are accepted within 14 days of delivery of your order. Refunds are made when the order is received back in good condition. Studio Op Schaal will not pay for the costs of the return shipment.
The return/exchange will be processed as soon as possible, but for foreign bank accounts refunds will take a few days to process.

All sales are final after 14 days of delivery.
